Hi, I'm Teddy! I'm a disabled digital artist and college student living in the PNW. I enjoy designing characters, occasionally making illustrations, and drawing fanart once in a blue moon.

Terms of Service

Before commissioning me, please keep in mind: I’m disabled, chronically ill, and a full-time student. These things impact my ability to draw, so my turnaround time may range anywhere from a week to over a month. I’ll provide you with updates on my progress and any delays, but please feel free to ask for an update if I haven’t given you one recently!

General

  1. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.

  2. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

  3. My turnaround time may be anywhere from a week to a month. All progress and any delays in the process will be communicated with the client.

  4. I may choose to post watermarked versions of commissioned work to my social media or portfolio at my own discretion.

  5. Under no circumstances are you allowed to use my commissioned artwork with generative AI. This includes using my work to train generative AI models and putting my work into AI programs to make changes or "improvements."

Payment

  1. I take payment through VGen.

  2. Payment must be provided upfront and in full before I start working on your commission.

  3. I accept full refunds if I haven't yet shared a WIP with the client.

  4. Refunds requested after the client has seen a WIP and in further stages of the drawing process will be a maximum of 60% and will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Process

  1. I require a clear visual reference for the subject(s) of your commission. Written descriptions, while helpful, do not count as references and would instead constitute a design commission.

  2. I prefer to be given specific artistic direction. Any additional references, moodboards, and descriptions are greatly appreciated!

  3. I will provide you with WIP pictures during each phase of the drawing and whenever a revision is requested.

Pricing

All art comes fully colored and lined with a transparent, solid color, or gradient background (marginal background doodles or writing may also be requested free of charge). Backgrounds with complex patterns and framing elements come at an extra charge.Props and extra background elements come at an extra charge (+$10). If I don’t feel confident drawing a certain prop, I may refuse the request and we can try to figure something else out.
